I am a motivational speaker, presenter, mediation conflict resolution specialist, and executive coach.
My areas of expertise include multicultural organizational development (MCOD), Ignorance to Awareness to Action (IAA) modules, cross cultural competencies, Total Diversity Management (TDM), inclusion, and sexual harassment awareness.
I received my Doctor of Education degree from the University of Massachusetts with a concentration in Social Justice Education.
I served in the military for eight years.
Launched to support the ongoing personal, academic and professional excellence of 8th to 12th grade Black and Latino males. The curriculum is based on the expectation that all participants have the ability to excel and soar in all personal, academic and professional endeavors with a mindset grounded in agency and empowerment.

Join us for a General Interest Meeting to help you get started with the CPERA program.
This session will walk you through the program structure, highlight yearly activities, and explain how parents and students will take part in various events and projects. We’ll also guide you through joining the Learning Management System for ongoing updates and resources, and share key orientation dates along with what to expect in the first weeks.
