I am a motivational speaker, presenter, mediation conflict resolution specialist, and executive coach.
My areas of expertise include multicultural organizational development (MCOD), Ignorance to Awareness to Action (IAA) modules, cross cultural competencies, Total Diversity Management (TDM), inclusion, and sexual harassment awareness.
I received my Doctor of Education degree from the University of Massachusetts with a concentration in Social Justice Education.
I served in the military for eight years.

Dedicated to empowering Black and Latino males in the DMV, CPERA offers a comprehensive curriculum that fosters personal, academic, and professional excellence. The current participants boast an exemplary 100% Honor Roll, 100% Promotion, and 100% Retention outcomes.
We invite our community and supporters to nominate students for our upcoming enrollment, supporting the Bring 1 and Empower 1 Campaign.
The CPERA curriculum includes strategies for developing agency, tutoring, academic support and monitoring, SAT prep, honors course prep, college essay and application prep peer leadership, leadership development, college access, professional and organizational mentoring, financial literacy, self-care and mental health, diversity and social justice, career and professional development and parent’s/caretakers’ engagement.
