The DMV's Premier College Preparation Academy

The College Prep Excellence Roadmap Academy was launched in fall 2023 to support the ongoing personal, academic and professional excellence of 8th to 12th grade Black and Latino males. The curriculum is based on the expectation that all participants have the ability to excel and soar in all personal, academic and professional endeavors with a mindset grounded in agency and empowerment.

The curriculum includes strategies for developing agency, tutoring, academic support and monitoring, peer leadership, leadership development, college access, professional and organizational mentoring, financial literacy, self-care and mental health, diversity and social justice, career and professional development and parent's/caretakers' engagement.
